Emilia “Mia” Pizzo is a full-service licensed real estate agent who provides her clients with superior professional and personal service. Mia has the energy and enthusiasm to get your home sold! A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Mia earned a B.A. in Communications and a BFA in Theater. As a firm believer that communication is the foundation of all relationships, Mia’s strong communication and relationship-building skills are key assets to the excellent service she provides. 

Mia is a first-generation American. Her parents always instilled two phrases in her: “better to be rich in family than in money” and “never forget who you are and where you come from.” Those lessons taught her that family is the most important thing in life and to always be humble.

Mia truly cares about her buyers and sellers and treats them all like they are a part of her family. People are the most important part of the real estate process and for that reason, she never looks at buying or selling a home as just a transaction. You will often hear Mia say that she got into real estate because of her dedication to helping people. According to Mia, seeing her buyers and sellers start their next chapters in life is the best part of this job.

Mia was recognized by the Long Island Board of Realtors Young Professional Network Class of 2021 as the Top 20 under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate. She is a full-time agent and a consistent company Top Producing agent. She is a Relocation Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and Certified Buyer Representative.

Mia grew up in Franklin Square and moved to East Northport with her husband Michael in 2009.  East Northport is such a close-knit community and a wonderful place to raise their son, daughter, and Yorkshire Terrier. Active in the community, Mia is a member of the Community Playhouse of Northport, volunteers her time as a religious education teacher at St. Anthony of Padua Church,  Assistant Coach for the Larkfield Northport Little League, Social Chair for the Pulaski Road Elementary School PTA, and is a sister of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.
