Mia is amazing. Very dedicated!

Mia is an absolute rockstar! The market was absolute insanity and Mia helped us find the perfect home, helped us get it under ask, and super timely. She was responsive, proactive, and always on top of things. We couldn't have done it without her and we make sure to tell everyone we know who's in looking to buy or sell that Mia should be their first call.

I could not be happier with the service provided by Mia on our recent home sale. I've sold other homes before and have never been happy with our realtors. Always seemed to play games and not be accessible personally when needed (ie. deferred to other less experienced team members).This is not the case with Mia. She is very professional, extremely responsive, informative of the process and accessible day and night. We dealt with her directly from the start of the process to the end and she always was very genuine and worked her hardest to help us get through all the bumps we experienced with our buyers. I really felt like she went above and beyond and more than earned every penny.I highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

I used Emilia Pizzo to sell my house off-season and she did a fabulous job. Mia has an amazing personality-ideal for a real estate agent. She is hard-working, responsive, diplomatic and really knows how to negotiate. She showed up so many times at my house when I wasn't around to make sure the heating system got inspected, etc. I cannot imagine anyone doing as much as she did to get my house sold in a timely fashion, but that's Mia. She knew the area thoroughly and gave me an accurate market analysis. I could not have asked for more. She is so wonderful that she becomes friends with many of her clients. Buyers or sellers, if you need an agent, she's the one.

We enlisted Mia's services when moving back to NY from living in the middle east. We began conversations while still abroad which was a daunting task that Mia welcomed. She did 'skype' tours with us of every property we were interested in, gave detailed floor plans and answered 1000's of questions along the way. Unfortunately we had a bit of a curve ball that delayed home purchasing and forced us to pull an offer on a house.Mia did not flinch and stayed with us throughout the process. When we moved back to NY a few months later Mia began showing us both rentals and properties to purchase. Her knowledge of the area and personable approach made something that should have been extremely stressful a breeze. There were multiple times where my wife told me I was out of my mind 'bothering' Mia through our property hunt. Mia never stopped helping. Even months after our purchase she has still been my first call for anything property related. She has a huge source or knowledge and is happy to share. Even the sellers of the property said they wish they had used her!If you are looking for someone that cares and will put up with whatever crap you throw their way you have come to the right place!Thank you again for being awesome Mia!!!!

Being 1st-time home buyers, meeting Mia was the best thing that could have happened to us.
